An ERP project can't be priced from a published list. A system that looks simple may hide complexity, and one that looks complex may be simpler than you think. So we learn your requirements first, then give you a clear, itemized technical and financial proposal. The only published prices are Odoo licenses, which you pay to Odoo directly.

What does an Odoo implementation actually cost?
Two parts: Odoo licenses (paid to Odoo directly per user at the rates published on odoo.com), and implementation, which depends on how complex your operations really are: the number of apps, customization depth, and data volume. That's why we don't publish fixed prices. We learn your requirements in the analysis session, and you receive a detailed technical and financial proposal within 3 business days.
How long does a project take?
A small company with two apps: 3–4 weeks. An integrated suite with data migration: 6–8 weeks. Larger projects are split into phases, each delivered on its own.
Does Odoo support ZATCA e-invoicing?
Yes. Odoo is compliant with Phase 2 (integration) of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority, and we handle the ZATCA connection as part of the implementation.
Can our data be hosted inside Saudi Arabia?
Yes. We deploy Odoo for you on cloud hosting inside the Kingdom or on your own servers, meeting data-residency requirements and PDPL. Your data is fully yours, with no vendor lock-in.
We have a current system with lots of data — can we move without losing anything?
Yes. We migrate customers, vendors, opening balances, and inventory from your current system or Excel, and your team verifies the reconciliation on a staging environment before any sign-off.
What if we need something Odoo doesn't offer out of the box?
We develop on Odoo itself, building screens, reports and custom modules around your operations, so your company doesn't have to change how it works to fit the system.
What happens after go-live?
Daily support for the first two weeks, one free support month on the Growth package, then optional monthly support packages covering changes, new reports, and version upgrades.
What if our requirements change mid-project?
Changes go through a formal change request. We assess the effect on scope, timeline and cost, and ask for your approval before anything is built. You also test and sign off every phase yourself before we move to the next, so there are no surprises at the end of the project.
