What does an Odoo implementation actually cost?
Two parts: Odoo licenses (paid to Odoo directly per user at the rates published on odoo.com), and implementation, which depends on your operations' real complexity — the number of apps, customization depth, and data volume. That's why we don't publish canned prices: we understand your requirements in the analysis session, and you receive a detailed technical and financial proposal within 3 business days.
How long does a project take?
A small company with two apps: 3–4 weeks. An integrated suite with data migration: 6–8 weeks. Larger projects are phased so your business never stops.
Does Odoo support ZATCA e-invoicing?
Yes — Odoo is compliant with Phase 2 (integration) of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority, and we handle the ZATCA connection as part of the implementation.
Can our data be hosted inside Saudi Arabia?
Yes — we deploy Odoo for you on cloud hosting inside the Kingdom or on your own servers, meeting data-residency requirements and PDPL. You own your data fully, with no vendor lock-in.
We have a current system with lots of data — can we move without losing anything?
Yes. We migrate customers, vendors, opening balances, and inventory from your current system or Excel, and your team verifies the reconciliation on a staging environment before any sign-off.
